- Inspect Motor and Drive Components
- Inspect Belt for Tension, Alignment and Condition
- Inspect Compressor and Condenser Fans
- Inspect Economizer Operation
- Inspect Safety Controls
- Inspect Electrical Components and Wiring
- Clean Condensate Drains
- Check Refrigerant and Oil Levels
- Inspect Ductwork Connections
- Inspect no obstruction of airflow
- Inspect Flue Stack
- Inspect Gas Ignition
- Replace Filters
- Replace Belts
- Pressure Wash Coils, Grilles, Pre-Filters
